Production Process

- The wood is sourced from new American white oak that has been air-dried for 18 months.
- The barrel is then toasted to precise specifications, but not charred (burned with an open flame). This gentle heating caramelizes the wood's sugars and draws out distinct flavors without imparting the heavy charcoal filtration effects of a traditional charred barrel.
