Blend Components
The blend, curated by eighth-generation distiller Freddie Noe, avoids including components from previous chapters and focuses on exploring the diverse characteristics of rye whiskey. The components include:
- 18-year-old Kentucky Straight High-Rye Bourbon: Adds age and rich oak notes.
- 11-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey
- 7-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Malt Whiskey
- Three 5-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskeys: Two aged in different family-style char barrels (one light Char Level 1, one heavy Char Level 4), and another standard rye.
- 4-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey

- Palate: The palate is bold and oily, starting with a wave of rye spice, butterscotch, and caramel, followed by plum, apricot, and a slight citrus undertone. Darker flavors of tobacco, licorice, and a creamy, chocolatey quality are also present.
